We are pleased to share that our recent event in collaboration with the University of Oviedo, titled “Artificial Intelligence: Key Issues and Challenges,” took place on 15 October 2024 at 11 AM. The event featured a keynote presentation by FMA member and former MEP Ana Collado Jiménez as part of the university’s #ErasmusDays celebrations.
The conference was designed as part of the Faculty of Commerce’s complementary activities, specifically tailored for students pursuing a degree in Social Work. The engaging webinar format included an initial presentation by Ms. Collado Jiménez, followed by a lively dialogue and debate with the audience.
The discussion explored critical issues surrounding artificial intelligence, focusing on its current challenges and opportunities. Conducted in Spanish, the event provided valuable insights into the role of AI in shaping various sectors and its broader societal implications.
