University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign has invited former MEP Rory Palmer on April 14 (12.00-13.50 CST/19.00-20.50 CET) in Mr Jonathan Larson’s course on “The European Parliament and parliamentarians in everyday life”, where he talked about Environment and Public Health.
The first half of the conference, that was open to a select public, was a 50-60 minute discussion about cases of past projects.
The second half, 50-60 minutes, was driven by student questions attempting to draw out aspects of the “everyday life” of Mr Palmer. The majority of students came from the study of political science or law.
