The European University of Flensburg invited Former Member Julie Ward to participate in a seminar on Wednesday 18 November from 14.15 – 15.45 (CET). The main theme of the seminar was “Europe as Education Space”. Julie Ward talked about topics such as the Erasmus(+) program, Council recommendation on key competences for a lifelong learning, the Bologna process, the EU 2020 targets on education, the European Qualification Framework EQF, mutual recognition of diplomas and validation efforts of non-formal and informal learning.
