We are pleased to share the success of our event held in collaboration with the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, on 22 November 2024 at 11:00: “Common Security and Defense Policy, European Union, Internal Defense Market; Strategic Autonomy.”
The conference focused on analyzing the EU’s common security and defense policy in the aftermath of the war in Ukraine, with particular emphasis on the impact this has had on the European defense market. The event also explored the necessary steps toward establishing an internal defense market within the EU and advancing the concept of strategic autonomy.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for in-depth discussion on these crucial topics in European security and defense.
The conference was conducted in Spanish, with President Enrique Barón Crespo, FMA member and Former President of the European Parliament as the speaker.
